By accessing or using r0am.io (the “Platform”), operated by Design with Roam, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
r0am.io is a marketplace for pre-validated startup ideas. We provide tools to discover, analyze, and acquire validated business concepts including demand data, waitlist signups, brand assets, and related materials (“Kits”). We also offer analysis tools, automation features, and bundled launch resources.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. One-time Kit purchases are non-refundable once digital assets have been delivered. Subscription services may be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Upon purchase of a Kit, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the included assets (brand materials, landing pages, waitlist data, and related deliverables) for the purpose of building and operating the described business. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Kits or their components as standalone products.
Waitlist emails included in Kits were collected with consent for the stated product concept. As the Kit purchaser, you assume responsibility for compliance with applicable email and privacy regulations (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR) when contacting waitlist subscribers.
Demand scores, trend data, and validation metrics are provided for informational purposes. They represent our best analysis of publicly available signals but do not guarantee commercial success. All business decisions remain your responsibility.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (c) scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform in bulk; (d) interfere with the Platform's operation; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
The Platform, its design, features, and original content are owned by Design with Roam, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. The r0am name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks. Kit assets are licensed per Section 5 above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design with Roam, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any Kit. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that validation data guarantees business outcomes, or that any Kit will result in a successful business.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
